  • Choose your path to impact – we believe people are most empowered when they can act autonomously. So rather than telling you what to do, you’ll work with your team to create a vision of your own.

  • Be part of our mission to make money without borders the new normal.

  • Be flexible in how and where you work, we understand everyone needs a little something different so we’ll do our best to make it happen.

  • Work with strong and dedicated product managers and specialistsengineers, analysts, and operations.

About you:

  • You coordinate operational and technical changes and build relationships with various stakeholders to understand their biggest pain points and blockers

  • You communicate effectively and can break down complex problems into smaller, more manageable pieces.

  • You listen and empathise with customer and team challenges.

  • You expose customer experience and provide improvement ideas.

  • You provide justification for projects/initiatives.

  • You are passionate about finding solutions that impact customers positively.

Some extra skills that would be great:

  • You have worked on products that involve risks.

  • You are comfortable with getting your own data using SQL or Python and building dashboards using BI tools like Looker.

  • Excellent knowledge of Sanctions (also possibly Adverse Media or/and PEPs).

  • 1+ years of experience in product development as a Product Specialist, Product Owner, Product Manager or similar.

  • 1+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or compliance operations.

  • 1+ years of experience in the financial industry.

We’re people without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We want to work with the best people, no matter their background. So if you’re passionate about learning new things and keen to join our mission, you’ll fit right in.

Also, where and what you studied isn’t important to us. If you’ve got great experience, the right skills for the role and you’re great at articulating your thinking, we’d like to hear from you.
