Here at Wise we’re working to create a seamless IT experience by offering all the tools and permissions people need to do the best work they can, and simultaneously avoid being a speed hump. We have a highly mobile, geographically diverse work environment and currently we look after several offices of varying sizes. 

The teams that support all this are called User Technology (UT). UT consists of autonomous teams that build and maintain everything needed to support our company mission. These teams include Device Management, Conferences and Events, Network Infrastructure, Service Management and User Access Management organised into various engineering and support functions. Delivery management is a team that is responsible for managing cross teams projects and programs. Ensure that all that truly matters are delivered and meet the long term vision together with making sure that the Operations part of UT is working as smoothly as possible. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
  • Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery
  • Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades
  • Managing a cross–disciplinary project team
  • Ensuring the regular delivery of projects and products in accordance with Agile or any other applicable methodologies
  • Remove obstacles and complications for Project Teams to make sure that Team constantly delivers expected value for the organisation. 
  • Making sure that services and projects are being constantly delivered to internal and external customers.
  • Be responsible for: 
    • Leading project teams
    • Project delivery full life cycle
    • Tracking project and services KPI’s & OKR’s
  • Challenge project teams to achieve Project and Delivery Goals and Making sure that those Goals are helping teams and Wise to come closer to Mission 0.

Expectations & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT or Project Management field
  • Familiar with all modern Project Management practices & frameworks,
  • Experience in Process Management (BPMN, UML)
  • Open minded to take the best out of any practices and apply it to Wise Ways of Working
  • Atlassian Mastership (Jira, Confluence) 
  • Understanding of IT Operations processes (ITIL, eTOM & Kanban)
  • Being expert in long & short term Planning
