Collection Agent

We’re looking for a Collection Agent to join our growing team in Austin. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission, get to work with data, improve our product and help our customers regarding payment disputes. You personally can help us get closer to the mission!

Your mission: 

Wise has already pioneered new ways for people to transfer money across borders and currencies. Our customers can also manage their hard-earned money with the world’s first platform to offer true multi-currency banking

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to Chargeback and Recovery team:

  • Provide top notch support to our customers via email and phone to solve the disputes
  • Solve problems related to several different payment methods and currencies
  • Work closely with other Wise teams to improve our product
  • Dispute direct debit chargebacks and provide required information to our partners

About you: 

  • Your verbal and written English skills are excellent. If you speak other languages then that’s a plus! 
  • You have strong attention to detail and punctual
  • You are good with routine but can also adapt and keep up with fast changes
  • You are proactive and independent but also know how important good team-work is
  • You can make decisions in critical situations and have the ability to multitask
  • You’re flexible in working hours
  • You’re eligible work in our Austin office
