Graduate Recruiter – Early Careers

We're looking for a Graduate Recruiter to join our Early Careers recruitment team in Budapest, to help us grow and scale our intern and graduate programs globally.  

Here’s where you’ll have impact:

This role will give you the opportunity to learn about campus recruiting and all the exciting activities we get involved in related to it from marketing through employer branding to event management. As a Graduate Recruiter, you will:

• Manage a full life cycle of recruiting tasks for different areas all over our business – including both tech and non-tech positions, globally
• Recruitment Coordination (interview scheduling, job posting, administrative tasks on our HRIS and ATS systems) 
• Own elements of our intern, apprenticeship & graduate programs
• Take part in building out university cooperations and deciding on which external job boards and student associations are most beneficial to partner with to enhance Wise as a student employer in Hungary
• Take part in planning and driving events (virtual and in person) including career fairs, Hackathons and webinars
• Measure your success by constantly looking at data to drive all your decisions
• Actively participate in the global Recruitment Team and partner with your fellow recruiters globally on various project groups to help solve problems

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Travel to work with our teams in different locations. You’ll also meet various partners and organisations when needed
• Inspire teams with your ideas, knowledge and self-starting attitude

What does it take?

• You are a final year student studying a Bachelors or Masters degree, graduating in 2022 or 2023. 
• You have a genuine interest in working in a People/HR related role
• Ideally you have some experience in HR (could be from a previous internship)
• You are able to start a full time graduate job on the 4th of September 2023
• You’re curious, keen to learn and proactive by nature
• You have exceptional verbal & written English skills – candidate communications are a big part of this role and our team is international, so you will be using English on a daily basis
• You are open to and value feedback in order to improve
• Finally, you’re located in Budapest and legally authorised to work in Hungary.

In your first 6 months:

• You’ll onboard together with all other graduates joining Wise in September 2023 and be a part of our global graduate cohort
• You’ll  spend some time understanding your team and tribe’s vision. Once you know this, you’ll better understand how you can contribute
• Understand the Wise domain
• Understand the problems your team are solving
• Understand how recruitment works at Wise and what each team and tribe does. From Software Engineering to FinCrime operations – there are lots! Don’t worry, we’ll help you get acquainted
