Wise is one of the fastest growing companies in Europe – and it’s not just our business that’s growing fast, our people and teams are growing too! We're looking for a Graduate to join our People Operations team in Budapest, to provide administrative support on a range of HR related topics to local employees and support the wider global People Operations team.
Here’s where you’ll have impact:

- Work with and maintaining the HR system and other custom apps with high level of accuracy
- Support Employees with HR related questions
- Support Employees with medical checks, registering new joiners and leavers at Medicover
- Support the relocation and immigration administrative process
- Taking part in smaller HR projects aiming to make our processes smoother (focusing on working smarter and providing great employee experience)
- Cooperate with the global team regarding the Background Checks admin process
This role will give you the opportunity to:
- Choose your path to impact. We believe people do great things when they can act autonomously. So, instead of being told what to do, you’ll work with your team to create a vision of your own. You can always gather feedback from smart, curious people across Wise, but you’ll have the freedom to make your own calls
- Be flexible in how and where you work. We understand everyone needs a little something different – so we’ll do our best to make it happen
- Travel to work with our teams in different locations. You’ll also meet various partners and organisations when needed
- Inspire teams with your ideas, knowledge and self-starting attitude

- You have a genuine interest in working in a People/HR related role
- Ideally you have some experience in HR (could be from a previous internship)
- You are able to start a full time graduate job on the 4th of September 2023
- You have exceptional verbal & written English and Hungarian language skills
- Eagle-eyed attention to details
- Able to take responsibility in challenging situations
- Can-do attitude and a positive mindset
- Able to keep up with constant change, patient and flexible
- Finally, you’re located and legally authorised to work in Hungary.
In your first 6 months:
- You’ll onboard together with all other graduates joining Wise in September 2023 and be a part of our global graduate cohort

- Understand the Wise domain
- Understand the problems your team are solving
