We are looking for an Employee Relations Senior Specialist to join our Estonian People Operations team supporting our offices in Tallinn and Tartu!
At an exciting time of ambitious growth, your role in the People Operations team will play a key part in promoting a seamless and customer-focused experience across the employee lifecycle, and supporting our people (we call them Wisers) to do what they do best at Wise.
You’re someone who’ll keep on track with your “business as usual” Employee Relations caseload, but you’re equally inquisitive and hungry to understand what the data’s telling us and how else we can strengthen the overall Wiser experience… it’s that inclusive growth mindset which is key to the success of our team.
You’ll also play a vital role in how we do things as a global team, collaborating on key projects and unlocking big-picture and analytical thinking to help grow and scale our offering, while ensuring the Wiser experience remains the same around the world.
Your experience
-
Previous and demonstrable experience in an Employee Relations focussed role

Strong knowledge of Estonian employment law and working practices
-
Experience in advising and dealing with a range of employee relations matters from conflict resolution to tribunals end to end

A strong growth mindset – being resilient to and excited about change, with the opportunities it brings and the multiple projects you’ll be involved with

A heap of empathy and emotional intelligence – you’ll need to be able to communicate effectively with all kinds of people both in person and in writing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Estonian

Eagle-eyed attention to detail

Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner

People Operations expertise – you have a excellent knowledge of People Operations areas of work and issues alongside understanding of HR processes and legislation in Estonia

Regional / multi-site experience – you’re experienced in supporting leaders and employees split across geographies and timezones
