We’re looking for a communications specialist to join our People Experience team and help us build employer brand affinity within and outside Wise.

Bring our story to life and promote Wise as an employer of choice to talented people around the world. Tap into what makes our people and our culture unique and provide a flavour of what it’s like to work at Wise.

Your Mission:

  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders in the People team to create  communications plans and campaigns that keep our employees (Wisers) informed and engaged

  • Use your creativity and get to the bottom of the key messages, helping to shape these into impactful communications that get the attention of Wisers and persuade them to take action.

  • Draft and review messages, as well as provide suggestions to stakeholders on how to achieve the outcomes they’re looking for.

  • Build relationships with People Partners, Internal Communications and teams across the business to develop a good understanding of our various target audiences, their needs and challenges and how we can tailor our messages to them.

  • Stay close to the heartbeat of our culture and tune into the organisation to create communications that meet Wisers where they’re at.

  • Manage a communications calendar for the People team and advise on the appropriate timing to share messages, in partnership with the Internal Communications team.

  • Measure the effectiveness of communications and suggest ideas on how to improve and grow engagement.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Own and develop stand out content - You’re a storyteller at heart, with great English skills. You have a passion for communication and creating meaningful messages that make an impact.

  • Use your creativity and try new things - You think about your audience and the objectives to bring messages to life for Wisers using the right channels and aligning them with our tone of voice.

  • Collaborate with our teams around the world - You’re a team player and can and can coordinate projects and campaigns with multiple stakeholders

  • Create connections and build relationships - You like to connect with people in a genuine way and know how to put our customers (Wisers) at the centre of what we do. You’re comfortable working with senior stakeholders and advising on communication strategy.

  • Define what good looks like - You have the chance to set the standard of how we communicate our people messages at Wise and upskilling the broader team on how to create impactful communications.
