Job Description

The KYC Training Program Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively perform KYC tasks. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, design curriculum, and deliver engaging training sessions. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, deep understanding of KYC processes, and a passion for fostering continuous learning and development within the team.


Responsibilities:

  • Contribute and to and support the KYC Training Senior Lead in strategic decisions
  • Responsible for turning the Training Strategy into operational actions in the assigned domain(s) or areas
  • Analyze performance metrics and feedback from operational teams to identify priorities for the training org and to support with agents’ efficiency
  • Coaching and supporting training facilitators in delivering high-quality, engaging training sessions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge and skill gaps
  • Learning Needs Assessment; conduct thorough assessments of training needs within the KYC operational teams
  • Curriculum Development: support with the design and development of comprehensive training curriculums tailored to the specific needs of KYC operational teams including training materials, presentations, manuals, and job aids
  • Ensure training content is up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Performance Evaluation: implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor post-training performance to measure the impact of training on job performance and agent efficiency
  • Partner with KYC leadership, Quality, Knowledge Management, Complaints and Continuous Improvement teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
  • Solicit input from subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement; follow industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in KYC and training methodologies
  • Continuously refine and enhance training programs based on feedback and performance data
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the training function

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications is a plus
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a financial services, operational teams or regulatory compliance environment
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs, including curriculum development and instructional design
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners at all levels
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships
